Position description
The Administrative Assistant will perform essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational support within the company. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective management of financial, HR, and operational documentation. Note that we are a highly seasonal company requiring strong work ethics during peak times (off-season ca. 40-50%, during high season uppto 80%). Working from home is possible.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a service-oriented business.
- Familiarity with financial and HR administrative processes.
- Self-driven, proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks e􀆯iciently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English. French is a plus.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft O􀆯ice Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
